By accessing or using the Fleetana fleet-management platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, operators, and entities accessing the platform via web, mobile, or API interfaces. Fleetana reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of the modified Terms.
02User Obligations
As an authorised user of the Fleetana platform, you agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations governing fleet and freight operations.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete data when configuring vehicles, drivers, and your organisation.
- You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the operation of the platform.
03Limitation of Liability
Fleetana provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall Fleetana, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
04Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will give you notice before doing so.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to close your account, you may discontinue use at any time or contact your Fleetana support representative.
