A dedicated driver and technician mobile app is in active development. In the meantime, the web app is fully responsive — drivers and technicians can log fuel, run inspections, and report issues from a phone browser today.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings — changes take effect right away and billing is prorated for the rest of the cycle.

Each organisation's data is fully isolated, and access within your account is controlled by member roles. Data is hosted on managed infrastructure and encrypted in transit.

We will never block your operations. If you pass your plan's vehicle count, Fleetana flags it and helps you move to the right plan — no surprise overage fees.
